Hi, my name is Ryan Mercer. I was born and raised in Kentucky. I started my company in 1999 after the birth of my eldest child. I began my business working primarily in custom finished new construction, but developed a love for historic restoration on Victorian houses and buildings. I did the restorative work on the Belle of Louisville in the early 2000’s. Some of my work includes a Brown-Foreman family estate, (who nicknamed me “the fastidious painter”), several of Louisville’s breweries and restaurants including the Mellwood Tavern, Trellis Brewing and Chik’n & Mi. I have also done industrial projects using epoxy mastics and catalyzed urethanes. I service the I-64 corridor from Louisville to Ashland.
